Yesterday

Yesterday is a 3D point-and-click adventure game about a series of murders that occur in New York in present time, all of the victims being homeless people. A young and rich Henry White, who inherited his father's company and fortune, helps a charitable organization to solve the mystery behind the murders. Along he takes his friend Samuel Cooper as his bodyguard. On their journey they cross paths with an enigmatic John Yesterday, who is suffering from loss of memory.

Compared to previous games by Pendulo Studios the game has a much darker atmosphere. It involves satanic cults with a distinct signature of Y-shaped scar carved into the palms of victims' hands, myths and lies. The game plays similarly to other Pendulo games where you take control of several characters and try to solve puzzles by talking to characters, exploring the environment, collecting items, and combining objects with items in the scenery through an inventory to progress and open up new locations to further the story.
